Time spent with our team is designed to be an informative, relaxed experience (and hopefully fun, too!). We provide all the personal attention your candidates or new hires deserve before, during and after their decision to join your organization.
Relocate Iowa services may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Initial contact with candidate, online and/or video call
- Personal-profile creation (via online survey)
- Personalized, one-on-one tours of the region, including neighborhoods, DSM community amenities, and points of interest that fit candidate profile
- Thorough review of relevant material and data on education, entertainment, recreation, community services, etc.
- Integrated real estate services*, including assistance with purchase or rental options
- Recommendations and/or direct connections to assist candidate or family members in establishing personal and professional networks, community engagement opportunities, and personal-interest opportunities
- Post-hire relocation services and professional Realtor services, if needed/desired
- Post-hire ongoing "key-point-of-contact" for all additional activities, including special events, services, etc. for the new hire and family
